DOCUMENTS AND FEES

  • Review, update, and sign 2014-15 registration form
  • $450 registration fee due at registration (fee is non-refundable and required that evening)
  • Enrollment fees for each grade level to be paid that night
  • Enroll in tuition financing program through Gulf Coast Bank and Trust
  • Review and sign 2014-15 financial obligation policy agreement

Note: The registration form with payment of the Registration Fee must be paid at Registration to avoid the $100 late fee and the $100 registration fee nonpayment penalty. The payment of the registration fee is required to guarantee a place for your son or daughter for next school year. We are experiencing an increase in enrollment and a delay in either the form or payment may result in a student being placed on a waiting list.

The non-refundable registration fee is $450 per student.

The non-refundable enrollment fees are due in full on or before Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Please see the enclosed fee bill for details. There is $100 late fee assessed thereafter. Enrollment fees cannot be financed through the loan program and must be paid in full by April 16, 2014.

TUITION

For the 2014-2015 school year, tuition has been set at $8,100. There are only two methods for the payment of tuition. The first option is to pay full tuition on or before May 30, 2014. Those paying tuition in full on or before May 30, 2014 will receive a $375 discount. The second option is to enroll the tuition financing program through Gulf Coast Bank and Trust.

All other tuition payment options are now transferred to the tuition financing program through Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. They offer a full variety of tuition payment options. Please see the enclosed tuition account management program information. Representatives from Gulf Coast Bank will be available on site during registration to answer questions and assist with establishing your tuition account.

Note: De La Salle High School will no longer provide tuition loans except through the Gulf Coast Bank and Trust program. All families not paying tuition in full by May 30, 2014 must enroll in the tuition financing program with Gulf Coast Bank and Trust at registration. Deadline to enroll with Gulf Coast Bank and Trust tuition financing program is May 1, 2014.

Any payments received by the De La Salle Finance Office that are returned will be assessed a return fee of $50 and late fee of $35. If the delinquent funds are not received in a timely manner, students will not be allowed to attend classes, take exams, participate in extra-curricular activities, or attend school functions. Students are not reinstated until all financial obligations are satisfied.

Students receiving financial aid, work study, or scholarships will be notified as available and appropriate adjustments to fees and tuition will be made.

If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Office at 504.503.7626 or email kphillip@delasallenola.com

Sincerely,

Michael Guillot
President
